For the Early Vote you need at least 10 Heart Jelly for 1 vote.
For the Live Vote you need at least 100 Heart Jelly for 1 vote

Strategy
Although album sales are only 5% of the criteria while digitals are 65%, in the past groups have won against streaming giants just with albums sales!
(example: Home; Run vs Dynamite)
This is because Music Bank gives away points according to a song's/album's market percentage. Let's go further on that!
Music Bank will calculate the total streams on K-Platforms across its tracking week. Then it will check the percentage of those streams that were for the Top2 songs that week.
The problem is, the total number is extremely high and there are thousands of songs on the platforms, so the songs usually have a low percentage even if they're from monster streamers.
However, Music Bank uses the same method when giving away points for album sales. It calculates the total number of sales on Hanteo for the tracking week and checks the percentage of those that were for the albums of the Top2 songs.
This is good news, since percentage wise, an album has a much higher market share than with streams since 1) total album sales are much lower 2) the variety of albums is lower too.
So our strategy to secure a Music Bank win is to have a high first week sales on Hanteo and try to achieve a 60%-70% market share to have a high score for album sales.
